It is known that 80% of women do not wear the correct bra size. incorrect size is synonymous with discomfort, annoyance, pain. It affects women's self-esteem and health and also has aspects related to sustainability and economy. In fact a European woman, on average, wears 3 out of the 14 bras she owns for comfort reasons.

FindYourBra is the solution that allows women to easily, quickly and intuitively find the most suitable bras, in total privacy and autonomy.

How do we do it?
We combine a patented measurement system (developed together with a team of gynecologists, surgeons and bra-fitters) and an algorithm that crosses the woman's data (measurements, needs and preferences) with the brands' data and offers her a selection of products suitable for her lifestyle, body and her activities.

We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Conducting background research on customer journey mapping, our products and customers.Analyzing customer responses from surveys and interviews.Defining the phases and touchpoints of the purchasing process.Incorporating user actions, emotions, goals, and pain points in the customer journey map.Proposing solutions to minimize pain points while meeting business goals.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Developing multiple customer journey maps to account for different experiences and paths.
