Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology for Address-based Population Census Data in 2030 Round of Censuses

The Global Innovations Holdings (GIH) Demographic Information System (DIS) Team provides state-of-the-art and cutting edge technical assistance to National Statistics Offices (NSO's) worldwide for Population and Housing Census (PHC) Projects. During the 2010 Round of PHC's our team of experts led by Dr. Bolaji Taiwo developed an SMS framework for real-time monitoring of Census Enumeration now renown as Census Dashboard. During the 2020 Round of PHC's the GIH DIS team of experts developed a Computer Aided Personal Interview (CAPI) framework for real-time data entry, data processing and data analysis. For the 2030 Round of PHC's the GIH DIS team of experts would like to develop a framework "Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology for Address-based Population Census Data in 2030 Round of PHC's. We would like to collaborate with students interested in IT Data Mining. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with Census full-cycle (data collections, data entry, data processing, data analysis and data dissemination). Developing AI technology for Address-based Census Data Mining. Developing alternatives/complimentary methodologies for Census Data Capture. Verifying the accuracy of the data in our databases and making relevant updates. Organizing and retrieving data as requested. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Providing assistance in creating new databases.
