The single-most difficult task HR or university admission has to handle is: how do you judge the soft skills of a job applicant or a student?

Imagine a single number that would help, particularly in business etiquette, empathy or intercultural awareness. It is called the 'World Civility Index', which is now a part of United Nations Sustainable Development (Goal #8 Meaningful Youth Employment) and is used in 17 countries as of 2019.
