Digital Marketing

We would like to collaborate with students to create emails and content promoting our company and our brand of beverages. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market and products. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails. Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of content and email marketing such as when content is posted or emails are sent and making recommendations. Creating a social media calendar Creating and reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc. Deploying content according to the social media calendar to increase website traffic. Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.

Assessment of Risks and Benefits of Foreign Expansion for Ecommerce

Our organization is interested in expanding our business internationally. As part of our initial assessment and strategy development, we would like assistance in evaluating the necessary costs, benefits, processes and risks. We would like to work with students to get a picture of what is necessary to expand into the US market and any potential legal and regulatory risks.

Financial Business Plan

We are excited to be launching a new business, Auntie Enterprises Inc., the owner of the Drynken brand which offers consumers custom-roasted craft blend coffees, luxury loose-leaf teas and gift kits with complimentary products. With any launch, having a financial plan is one of the keys to success, and we would like to involve students in creating one. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Learning about our business strategy to become familiar with our goals, mission, and products. Conducting a SWOT analysis Creating forecasts using Excel Google Sheets for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative, expected and aggressive). Working with our team to develop an expense budget. Conducting a break-even analysis timeline using financial projections. Reporting on projected assets and liabilities. Including visual comparisons to show the differences between the conservative, expected and aggressive income projections.
