PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We're looking for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Intern to work directly with our Chief Consultant to execute creating CultureAlly's consulting playbook. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a start-up tech and consulting company founded by two women, who care deeply about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and making the world better. We offer DEI consulting and a DEI learning web application. We are a small company that is growing quickly and are excited to bring on someone who can grow and share in that success with us. HOW MANY STUDENT INTRAPRENEURS WILL THIS PROJECT ACCOMMODATE? 1 TIME COMMITMENT PER STUDENT: 70 Hours KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES: Work directly with CultureAlly's consulting team to put together CultureAlly's consulting playbook Create communication templates for CultureAlly's consulting team to use when working with each client Create template reports for clients based on previous reports made Create a one-stop shop for all CultureAlly's consulting materials to improve the efficiency of the CultureAlly consulting team IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up in Notion a knowledge base and resource library of CultureAlly's consultant materials and templates Put together a clear step by step process for working with clients to create a consistent experience for all relationships Identify and source missing resources in CultureAlly's current materials Create templates based on previous made materials using Google Suite, Notion and Canva FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES: Consulting playbook/knowledge base Present to the CultureAlly team how to use the playbook PROJECT MENTOR NAME: Hannah Stegen

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We're looking for a Marketing Intrapreneur to work directly with our CEO to execute CultureAlly's content strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a start-up tech and consulting company founded by two women, who care deeply about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and making the world better. We offer DEI consulting and a DEI learning web application. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. We are a small company that is growing quickly and are excited to bring on someone who can grow and share in that success with us. HOW MANY STUDENT INTRAPRENEURS WILL THIS PROJECT ACCOMMODATE? 1 TIME COMMITMENT PER STUDENT: 70 Hours KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES: Launch CultureAlly's first lead magnet. Create associated marketing campaign to launch the lead magnet. Set up tracking and the UX for the campaign using Squarespace, Hubspot and GoogleAds/Analytics. IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* Craft creative content (social posts, emails, blogs, guides, ebooks, and more). Ensure content is aligned with CultureAlly's messaging, voice and brand. Analyze and report on content performance across various distribution channels to show content's impact on the business Help plan and execute CultureAlly's content strategy to increase traffic and drive engagement Assist with the creation of sales enablement collateral, including one-pagers, videos, slide decks, and more. FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES: Launch CultureAlly's first lead magnet and associated marketing campaign Report on successes and recommendation of the campaign PROJECT MENTOR NAME: Ashley Kelly
