Training Module Development- Embedding Sustainability in A Business Plan

Our sustainability consulting firm, Achieve Sustainability Inc, offers training /education services to a wide variety of clients, including SMEs and start-ups. We have heard from a number of accelerators that a course on how to embed sustainability in a business plan would be a valuable. We would like to collaborate with students to create a training module on this topic. Tasks would involve: Understanding the components of a standard business plan Understanding the value of sustainable business for attracting customers, employees and investors Creating an outline for the training module Work to add sustainability elements to various facets of the plan including considerations around choice of building/office, location of office, sustainable sourcing of equipment/materials, energy, waste and water minimization, mode of business travel, mode of goods transportation etc. Providing 1-2 case studies of sustainable businesses Generating a draft deck of Powerpoint slides Revising the Powerpoint slides based on our feedback
