Newfoundland Vintners Inc. is a local leader in beverage manufacturing as the first legal Ferment on Premise facility in the province of Newfoundland Labrador. We are a Ferment on Premise retail style winery. FOP services are new to this province, educating the consumer is our goal.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Newfoundland and Labrador is the last province in Canada to adopt a very successful business platform known across the country as Ferment on Premise (FOP). An FOP is a retail style craft beverage facility giving customers the option of making their own crafted beverages (beer, wine, cider etc.) on site. Newfoundland Vintners Inc . is a local leader in beverage manufacturing as the first legal Ferment on Premise facility in the province of Newfoundland Labrador. As a new business we need your energetic and out-of-the-box thinking to help us pivot our service offerings and keep us in the lead. One of our pivots is Kombucha! We've spent two years perfecting an all natural Kombucha recipe and are getting ready to bring it to market. To do this there are a few items we need to ensure are in place one of which is a HACCP Plan. We need your energetic thinking, your research and document building skills to help us move this great product into the hands of consumers. As a new business, we need your energetic and out-of-the-box thinking to help us complete a website move from the Joomla CMS into the Wordpress CMS. The new site has been started and is almost complete but we need your skills to complete the transition. As part of this transition, we also need your team's thoughts regarding how best to use this tool to further the services and sales offerings of the business. This role will have you developing Business Development and Marketing skills and/or completing the current build and/or creating a non-production environment that can be used for testing purposes. We would like to offer customers the ability to Force Carbonatite their beverages on site. The shop is currently not setup for on-site carbonitation so we need your R&A experience to tell us exactly what we need to get started and in what ways having CO2 on site can benifit other areas of our services offerings.
