Expected outcomes and deliverables

Expected Outcome:

Students will apply their logistics and transportation management knowledge to solve a real-world business challenge, engaging in activities such as analyzing warehouse layouts, optimizing transportation processes, evaluating 3PL partnerships, or improving material handling operations. By the end of the project, they will have developed actionable strategies tailored to your organization’s specific needs.

Expected Deliverable:

Students will submit a comprehensive final report detailing their analysis, insights, and recommendations. This will be accompanied by a formal presentation, summarizing key findings and proposed solutions, delivered in PDF or PowerPoint format.

We are seeking real-world projects for students to apply their knowledge in areas such as:

  • Warehouse Layout and Operations: Optimizing warehouse design or improving operational efficiency.
  • Warehouse Automation and Trends: Exploring and implementing cutting-edge automation technologies.
