digital marketing sales & marketing business strategy marketing strategy researchThis course teaches the fundamentals of digital experience design (UXD) and testing. Students will apply best practice techniques learned in the course to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing websites and apps against defined business objectives. Key topics covered include, human-centred user experience (UX) design, cross-channel UX, information architecture (IA), digital product design, and techniques for evaluating the marketing effectiveness of interactive systems.
Students
- Students will conduct a detailed assessment of existing digital assets (e.g. website/app) against defined business objectives.
- Students will provide a detailed report and oral presentation of findings and recommendations.
