Working with Drivool Technologies Private Limited on their strategic expansion into the B2B market while maintaining their D2C operations was a rewarding experience. The project provided a collaborative environment where the company’s clear vision and openness to feedback facilitated the development of actionable strategies. Drivool’s focus on innovation, particularly their adoption of Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) in the EV charging space, aligned with the goals of the project and allowed for creative problem-solving. Access to company insights and regular communication ensured that the proposed strategies addressed both the opportunities in the B2B market and the challenges of balancing D2C operations.
This project reinforced key principles of project management, including stakeholder analysis, resource allocation, and strategic market research. The complexities of entering a competitive market like Mexico and enhancing Drivool’s digital presence highlighted the importance of market-specific considerations and innovation.
