By far, some of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure to be making video content for. Responsive constantly, Nadine of Strategicly and Kim of ConvergX were eager to get things done and allowed for a large portion of creative control. This duo is two powerful, strong, women in their respective spaces, and I would highly recommend future female-identifying students to look into roles through their postings. They do not push too much or micromanage, and overall, it's a very comfortable environment to be creating content within. In the future, I would recommend for creative briefing documents to be slightly more specific with direct information on where video content will be used and export resolution details (to expedite composition planning and assist in ensuring content is rendered with the platform in mind). Aside from this, students are provided with everything they need to be successful and it was an awesome process with a great team.
