As an employer, your role will include maintaining regular communication with our students, providing guidance and all necessary project-related information, and participating virtually in the final presentations. This Experience is designed for learners who have completed their core coursework and are ready to apply their academic knowledge to real-world environmental challenges. Students aim to build practical skills in research, sustainability, policy analysis, and community engagement. Through this collaboration, students will gain hands-on experience and enhance their professional skills, contributing valuable insights to your organization. Employers are expected to maintain regular communication with the students, provide necessary guidance and information, and approve the final report. Constructive feedback on the student's performance is also required to help them refine their skills and knowledge.
