Learners in this program/experience can create dynamic and interactive websites and web applications using JavaScript, PHP, and databases. Businesses will benefit by expanding their online presence and improve the customer experience.

These students are registered nurses who are in a bachelor degree completion program who are eager to apply the steps of learning to identify a clinical problem and how to utilize the appropriate data and research to find a better solution.

Learners in this program/experience will focus on the theories and principles of community health nursing practice. Nursing care of individuals, families, and groups is addressed within the context of the community and cultural diversity. Emphasis is placed on health promotion, disease prevention, and health maintenance as facilitated by health teaching and appropriate use of community resources. Critical inquiry using concepts of cultural assessment, community assessment and epidemiological processes is fostered by didactic and clinical learning experiences.

Learners in this program/experience will explore a subject of particular interest or timeliness in the field of agriculture. They will develop a broad understanding of the agriculture industry with access to unique opportunities in Sioux City, the state of Iowa, and beyond. They will also gain real world experiences through interaction with business and industry professionals, clubs and organizations, travel opportunities, externships, and more.
