Jan 18, 2025 - Apr 5, 2025

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Canadore College to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this course work with health care organizations exploring current issues impacting the organization. Considering organizational culture and change readiness, student groups will incorporate implementation and sustainability strategies that are linked to the unique needs of the organization or clinical environment. Students will leverage their previous education in health and their acquired knowledge in Human Resources, finances, ethics, policy, operations, legislation, organizational strategy, communications and effective leadership to assist your organization in meeting your goals.
