Details

Our compagny has no automated emails and we would like to set up nice automation when signing up and follow up emails. We hope to revamp our email marketing to attract more customers.

We would like to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our company.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company’s mission and products, email marketing campaign goals and target market.
  • Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails.
  • Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations.
  • Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign and set up a dashboard.
  • Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.
  • Use our current CRM to create the automation (Hubspot).
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our company’s products and goals
  • Identification and development of suitable email types and content
  • Understanding of factors affecting emails’ effectiveness
  • Identification of metrics to monitor the campaign’s success
  • Recommending strategies to personalize emails
  • Setting up a dashboard to track and follow our impact and KPIs


Final deliverables should include

  • Dashboard to track and follow impact (KPIs)
  • Email marketing automation (flows) to be implemented
  • Template and automation to be reused for future campaigns
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our current products and email marketing
  • Our customer and industry insights
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
