employee motivationOur company has multiple employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We want to better recognize their hard work and show our appreciation.
We would like to collaborate with students to develop an employee recognition program based on a Marvel themed program. The employee will be voted on by there pears for the strongest attribute or improvement for the month. Thors hammer will be given to the employee for the month to hold on to as well as a suitable token of appreciation.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Defining objectives for our employee recognition program.
- Researching successful recognition programs.
- Recommending suitable ways to recognize our employees.
- Developing a plan to track the programβs effectiveness.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending ways to promote our program and raise awareness.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Definition of program objectives
- Research of successful programs
- Recommendation of ways to recognize employees
- Development of a plan to monitor our program
Bonus steps would include:
- Recommending program promotion strategies
Final deliverables should include
- A final report.
- A presentation.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our current human resources initiatives
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
