Main Goal:

  1. Content Creation and Management: The primary goal is to design and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) that aligns with the current branding.
  2. Study Niche and Develop Graphics: Understand the company's niche and develop appropriate graphics for social media using Canva.
  3. Idea Generation and Content Calendar: Create a comprehensive content calendar with innovative ideas for educational posts.
  4. Collaboration with Sexual Health Department: Coordinate with the sexual health department to get approval for educational content.
  5. Maintain Brand Consistency: While the brand undergoes redefinition, ensure that all content and designs stay consistent with the current branding.
Deliverables

To achieve the project's goal, students will need to:

  1. Niche Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the company’s niche and target audience.
  2. Social Media Graphic Design: Use Canva to create engaging graphics tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  3. Content Calendar Development: Develop a strategic content calendar, planning posts for optimal engagement.
  4. Content Approval Process: Collaborate with the sexual health department to ensure that all educational content is accurate and approved.
  5. Content Management and Posting: Handle the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms.


Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Names of competitors to understand the market
  • Work within the student's software expertise
  • Detailed information about the current brand identity and guidelines.
  • Access to necessary resources and tools, including Canva.


We will provide :

  • Regular feedback and collaboration opportunities with the sexual health department.
  • Guidance in understanding the target audience and company’s niche.

Ozex is a Montreal-based company specializing in sexual health and wellness. Through information, education and self-therapy, Ozex aims to improve the sexual health and relationship well being of parents. Our services include the facilitation of group activities on sexuality issues for new parents. We are currently looking for mothers with sexual health issues to co-create our first personalized self-therapy module. Our goal is to develop our first digital health product to be launched in 2024.
