ASHR Group Ltd. gives creators (think athletes, musicians, artists, authors, influencers, etc.) support in a wide variety of services. Through our 4 "pillars" (Media, Wellness Centre, MGMT, and Sport Business Academy), ASHR Group Ltd. uses the whole person approach when assisting creators.
This project will mainly focus on the ASHR Sport Business Academy (SBA). The SBA will have 3 important objectives:
1) provide readily accessible (distanced e-learning, and few financial barriers) sport business education to those who may not have been able to gain this through an in-person, on-campus experience.
2) contribute to the growth and diversification of the sport world, by educating underrepresented groups, and helping them achieve positions of power to further more positive social change.
3) mitigate the difficulty that athletes face when transitioning out of sport, by providing them with a foundational education in sport business, so they can remain in the sport industry, just on the business side instead
