Additionally, the project aims to automate communication with the CRM (Hubspot) and optimize the potential customer's database.
This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:
- Learning about the current data base of potential partners and potential customer's database
- Developing a process to fetch company information and integrate potential leads
- Automating communication with the CRM (Hubspot) and optimizing the potential customer's database
- Finding email addresses of potential leads and automating some cold calling flows
By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:
- Developed a process to fetch company information and integrate potential leads
- Automated communication with the CRM (Hubspot) and optimized the potential customer's database
- Found email addresses of potential leads and automated some cold calling flows
Final deliverables:
- Automation flow charts that are in place
- A revised google sheet with all the information in
- Suggestions for potential automation flow and optimization of cold calling

Ozex is a Montreal-based company specializing in sexual health and wellness. Through information, education and self-therapy, Ozex aims to improve the sexual health and relationship well being of parents. Our services include the facilitation of group activities on sexuality issues for new parents. We are currently looking for mothers with sexual health issues to co-create our first personalized self-therapy module. Our goal is to develop our first digital health product to be launched in 2024.
