palliative care graphic design style guides hospice social media campaigns social media content long-term care social media home health careOur organization has a virtual project opportunity for 1 graphic design student to support the design of a social media campaign to promote "awareness days/weeks/months" relevant to HPCO. Relevant awareness days/weeks/months may include: International Volunteer Day, National Bereavement Day, National Caregivers Day etc.
Background:
HPCO is an association whose members are hospice organizations and palliative care providers (nurses, physicians, social workers and others) working in a variety of settings (hospital, long-term care, home care etc).
Deliverables:
- Working with an existing calendar of relevant "awareness" days/weeks/months, develop social media content to acknowledge these days. HPCO currently uses Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIN to communicate with various stakeholder groups according to an established algorithm.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience using a style guide
- Graphic design skills
- Access to graphic design applications
- Interest in hospice or health care
Apply HPCO's Style Guide and Accessible Graphic Design principles to develop engaging social media content for HPCO's existing social media channels
Students will meet with the Director on a weekly basis and will have the opportunity to interact with the staff team.
