1) Project description: At Rodan Jewellers we are looking for an in-class project where students can compete in teams to create the best way of how we can adapt our business to the new location. Currently, we are based in Burnaby at Brentwood mall but we are looking to move onto Main Street in Vancouver and serve our customers there. This is why we need a project where students will be able to look at the market conditions and analyze them so we can successfully adapt to our new location.

2) Data Description:- Identify and innovate new methods, technologies, services, and product categories we can integrate to move us forward in our new location.

3) Market Analysis- Study demographics in both areas to Identify how we can best maintain our existing client base while connecting most effectively within our new primary market area.
