We know little about our consumers and our target consumer base. By analyzing our customer data, we have historically been able to anticipate trends in buying behaviours, sales targets, etc. We need to look beyond the buyer and examine our industry before we make any further business moves.Â
Through a deep dive of our industry/market, we hope to identify key market trends to assist in our go-forward plans. We want to look at growth trends, stagnation patterns or decline analytics, for example. It is important for us to know where the most promising innovation exists or which areas are slowing down.
We believe that there is enough industry data available to complete a study of our sector. It would be extremely helpful for a student group to look at our industry, identify key trends of growth, stagnation and decline. We are open to all information that seems appropriate and valuable.Â
Using these findings, we would like a detailed and researched report on the market trends that will mean the most to the future of our business. Â
