The Peer Health Education Environmental Wellbeing Toolkit aims to bring awareness to the key issues related to environmental wellbeing. By the end of this project, a complete toolkit with information, resources, activities and reflective questions related to environmental wellbeing should be delivered.

Deliverables

The Peer Health Education Food Security Cookbook project tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • research and compile evidence-based information related to environmental wellbeing in post-secondary populations
  • research and create reflective activities to support individual's environmental wellbeing
  • compile a list of credible resources for further information or support
  • create the Peer Health Education Environmental Wellbeing Toolkit
  • create a reference list
Mentorship

The student working on this project will be able to meet with the supervision team weekly throughout their project period.

Essential reference materials related to environmental wellbeing will be provided; however, additional research may be required.

Access to an online platform for creating content will be provided. Please note that the student must have access to their own computer or be willing to attend MacEwan University in-person to use a public access computer.
