Currently, we do not have a formalized Health and Wellness Program. We do not feel we have an adequate understanding of what types of health and wellness initiatives will be of value to our employees or how to justify the cost to our Board of Directors. We would like to get a better sense of what other organizations are doing to promote health and wellness among their employees and which programs are most impactful.

We believe this project will involve:

  • Conducting a survey or short interviews with a random sampling of current employees.
  • Researching current trends in corporate health and wellness.
  • Developing a realistic Health and Wellness Program based on the budget/time restrictions identified by the organization and implementing ideas derived from research.
  • Providing ROI metrics to justify the implementation of a corporate Health and Wellness Program.

Students will be provided access to organization information as required, including access to employees for collecting survey or interview data (if required).

The primary goal of implementing a Health and Wellness Program is to elevate the overall wellbeing of our employees and to make our organization an employer of choice. We hope to gain an understanding of what components should be included and on implementation strategies.
