training and development employee onboardingThe main goal of this project is to take the current summary/bullet points of our business' onboarding and professional development content and flesh it out into a proper Training/Onboarding Manual for incoming staff. After reviewing the provided content, students should make suggestions/edits/revisions to improve the content based on their practical experiences and theoretical knowledge.
Students will review the current summaries of the business' professional development and onboarding content, and then ensure it does not raise any concerns or contradictions to applicable law. The students will also be asked to add or remove content they see necessary. The company culture, values, and goals will be explained in full, so students should make changes and suggestions based on those values.
Students have complete access to business owner. Students have access to any materials we have or can obtain. Students will be given the "rough drafts" of these processes to review and make changes based from. Students will also have a platform on which to create/revise the current content and showcase their work.
