ASHR MGMT is an affiliate of ASHR Group Ltd. that provides athletes with services like recruitment advising, NIL monetization and professional representation.

ASHR strongly believes in viewing an athlete as a "whole person" rather than simply a talented athlete. Therefore, tracking and keeping up to date on their athletic and physical performance is crucial, but so is tracking mental, psychological and emotional performance. There is much evidence that ties the emotional well being of an athlete to a positive performance by that athlete.

Where the application comes in is that one single ASHR staff cannot be all of the the things that an elite athlete needs: sport psychologist, personal trainer, business advisor, financial advisor, legal advisor, nutritionist, and so on. The application should be a platform to connect all of these people in one place so they can communicate and work together as a team for the athlete client's benefit.

It is essentially a Clinical Management System that allows all of the supports in an athlete's network to work together.
