Details

We would like you to act as a representative for our company with our food vendors. As a new platform, we are working on solidifying our automation to meet customer expectations. As an account manager, you will be provided with 4 restaurants as part of your account. As a Brdge Representative, you will be tasked with making sure orders are being fulfilled by communicating orders with our chefs and our delivery company. Based on your work, we will be able to maintain a good relationship with our vendors, learn what is working, and understand what automation needs to be implemented to make operations run smoother. As an Account Manager, your work would be crucial for our success. Once you have reached a threshold for orders (looking at 20 orders per vendor) we will look to introduce proper automation, based on your feedback.

The insights that you provide will help our team improve operations and overall customer experience.

Deliverables
  • Monitor their phone for new orders made for restaurants/vendors on their account
  • Communicate with chefs and our delivery company to make sure orders are being fulfilled.
  • Provide feedback on their experience and suggest ideas to help mitigate issues
  • Provide weekly updates on their vendor's experience, complications, tailwinds
  • Track order volume and flag leader when the threshold is reached
  • Student needs to be highly motivated and intentional about paying close attention to detail
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

Students will have access to our database to facilitate the order fulfilment process
