Hi! My name is Daniella Jasper-Okumagba and I am the founder of a new platform in Calgary I am calling The Brdge. I have been able to connect with many different restaurants and vendors in the city to create a marketplace for all things ethnic food and services. Customers will be able to log on to our site and find Jamaican, Nigerian, Filipino, and many more delicious cuisines available for purchase. To separate ourselves from our competitors, we offer our customers 'meal-prepped' orders which means they can order in bulk and stock their fridge or freezer for their busy work week!
Join us as we look to take the world by storm as we focus on beta testing our operations.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyโs products, email marketing campaign goals and target market. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails. Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.

The Brdge is a pioneering online marketplace dedicated to bringing ready-to-eat home-cooked food to consumers. Our platform serves as a bridge connecting food enthusiasts with a diverse range of food vendors, ranging from startup food entrepreneurs to well-established restaurants, all while providing local food delivery services. This project will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyโs products and services, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for appealing to high schools' students, university students and young adults Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Creating a campaign or event that our company can cater for and provide students with an array of options (Nigerian, jamaican, filipino, lebanese, and much more!) We want to be a known hub on campus for home-cooked meals.
