The goal of the project is to create a sales strategy to draw consumers in to explore The Brdge platform that offers home-cooked catering for large and small events alike. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the current market and trends in the catering industry.


- Analyzing The Brdge's current customer base and identifying potential customer segments.


- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy to target potential customers.


- Creating a marketing plan to promote The Brdge's services.


- Developing a pricing strategy to maximize profits.


- Testing the developed sales strategy and making improvements based on feedback.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the current market and trends in the catering industry.
