ASHR Group Ltd. gives athletes in any stage of their career support in a wide variety of services. Through our 4 "pillars" (Media, Wellness Centre, MGMT, and Sport Business Academy), ASHR Group Ltd. uses the whole person approach when assisting our athletes.

This project will focus on the operations of the overall business within the sport industry. Students will complete a detailed review of the business' Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices. After review, students will make 5-7 actionable recommendations and explain their outcomes if implemented. Recommendations could include, but are not limited to, additions, subtractions or alterations of current HR policies. All recommendations must be compliant with relevant provincial and federal legislation.
