software versioning file systems customer relationship managementWith KYN (Know Your Neighbors) and the dApps (decentralized apps) we are creating on it, we have some fairly unique business challenges. Alongside those are the challenges of wearing a big stack of hats as we start up.
We could definitely use some admin help!
__________
Goals
- Bring together old and new content - consolidated and organized file system with no duplicates, easy versioning, etc.
- Scheduling help
- Communications management
- Social media maintenance
- Research
- Find an awesome self-hosted CRM for us to use.
- Open to suggestions - We are revving things up and so will have a lot of opportunities for people to flex their administrative muscles.
Off the top of our heads, we can do:
- milestone meetings
- scrum style check-ins (every few days, 5-10)
- weekly check-ins (30 mins - more if explicitly needed)
Open to other options.
