Icicle Technologies Inc. is seeking to enhance its customer support system by updating its user help guide documentation and creating an AI-powered chatbot. The current help guide needs optimization for accuracy, clarity, and accessibility to ensure users can easily find the information they need. We have a combination of training documents, help videos as well as training recording transcripts that can be leveraged with AI to update the help guide. Additionally, the project aims to train an AI chatbot to provide instant, contextually accurate responses to customer inquiries, leveraging the updated help guide and other resources. This initiative is designed to reduce the volume of support tickets, improve customer satisfaction, and offer a scalable self-service support solution. By applying classroom knowledge in technical writing and AI training, learners will contribute to a project that bridges documentation and technology for enhanced customer experience.
