This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, products and services. Researching CRM software options and their features. Selecting the best technologies for our business and recommending plans for implementation. Recommending new features to include in our CRM system. Implementing our data & customer data into the CRM system to get it up and running

Grant Research and Writing

With the increase in government grants available to startup firms, it is imperative that Synced Digital stay informed and up to date with everything that we are eligible for to help our organization grow and move forward. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and what our business does.
