Haletale Real Ecosystem Extension for Mortgage Agents
The main goal for the project is to build an extension of the Haletale real ecosystem specifically tailored for mortgage agents. This extension should enable mortgage agents to capture data from potential clients, easily match them with lenders, and seamlessly proceed with all the necessary work. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Understanding the current Haletale real ecosystem and its functionality. - Analyzing the specific needs and requirements of mortgage agents in the real estate industry. - Designing and developing a user interface for mortgage agents to capture client data and match them with lenders. - Integrating the extension with the existing Haletale real ecosystem seamlessly. - Testing the extension for functionality and user experience. - Making improvements based on feedback and additional data.
Mechanical Designer for Alvia Systems Inc
This project aims for students to develop a robust and market-ready quadcopter design. The objective is to integrate a comprehensive understanding of quadcopter flight mechanics with market insights and regulatory standards to achieve an IP65 rating for ingress protection. By the end of the project, students will have learned advanced aeronautical engineering concepts, market analysis, technical design, material science, regulatory compliance, problem-solving, and professional documentation skills, showcasing their ability to create a product that meets industry demands and quality standards.
R&D Drone Project for Alvia Systems Inc
This project aims for students to design, develop, and build a functional hardware drone, incorporating electrical work, hardware assembly, and research and development. The objective is to provide comprehensive hands-on experience in drone technology, including design, component integration, and testing. By the end of the project, students will have learned the essentials of drone development, showcasing their ability to connect their learning experience with industry skills in electronics, hardware engineering, and R&D.

Led creation of the back-end involving an AI tax assistant with tax refund calculation and PDF parsing and similarity search features using Python with OpenAI’s API, LangChain, and Flask servers for testing.

Understood valuable numerical relationships through reading ”The Intelligent Investor” improving the accuracy of predictions made from MyStock’s information
