vistaBee Website Redesign: Enhancing User Experience
VistaBee is looking to revamp its current website to improve user experience and functionality, focusing on the needs of real estate professionals. The project aims to develop innovative UI/UX design concepts that align with VistaBee's vision as a leader in visual storytelling. The current website needs a fresh, intuitive, and visually appealing design that enhances user interaction and engagement. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in UI/UX design by creating a prototype that reimagines user interaction with VistaBee's services. The goal is to create a seamless and engaging platform that reflects VistaBee's commitment to excellence in visual storytelling.
Market Expansion Research
As a company, we currently exist in two market, but we believe we are ready to take our business to the next level and expand our scope of locations. With your help, we hope to assess our customer landscape beyond the demographics we currently cater to by learning about their expectations and behaviors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching the target market in potential new locations including demographic data such as spending power, proximity, accessibility, and location appeal, and creating a weighted decision matrix to assign importance to each factor. Creating a survey based on the location and demographic information above to be distributed by our company. Analyzing survey data using the weighted decision matrix to decide on the best location options for us to expand to. Compiling a report including the location analysis, and optimal location recommendations.
Market Expansion strategy for Privately
Main Objective 1: Identify and prioritize the top 3-5 new markets with the highest potential for Privately's age estimation technology, considering factors such as existing regulations, competition, customer demand, and ease of entry. Simultaneously develop an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) while continuing research on the target market and sector. Main Objective 2: Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy for each of the identified target markets, including recommendations for pricing, channel partnerships, marketing tactics, and regulatory compliance. Main Objective 3: Create a detailed implementation plan for the chosen target market, outlining the resources and budget required, team roles and responsibilities, and key milestones for successful market launch. The problem learners will be solving is how to successfully expand Privately's market reach and achieve maximum market penetration with its age estimation technology. Their expected outcomes should be measurable and actionable, such as: Identifying the most promising new markets with a detailed analysis and data to support their recommendations. Developing a clear and well-defined market entry strategy that is tailored to each target market. Creating a feasible and resource-efficient implementation plan with achievable milestones for successful market launch.
