Business Development Account Management Support
SUMMARY: Aspire Inc. seeks to strengthen its business development and operational capacity to drive sustainable, mission-aligned growth. This placement involves supporting outreach to social impact partners, tracking a partnership pipeline, and using project management tools, templates, and databases to monitor tasks, budgets, and timelines. Students will compile weekly outreach summaries, update project and account management trackers, assist with budget tracking and invoicing through monthly financial snapshots, plan and publish bi-weekly social content with engagement reports, organize client inquiry logs, and help draft proposals and monthly progress updates. The goal is to provide practical experience across partnership development, project operations, marketing, and financial administration in a consulting environment focused on community impact, diversity, and inclusion. By engaging in stakeholder engagement, pipeline tracking, financial reporting, and proposal development, students will help expand partnerships, improve operational efficiency, and maintain accurate records. Mentorship includes domain guidance, skills coaching, hands-on support, access to tools and templates, and regular check-ins with constructive feedback. The goal of this project is to analyze and recommend digital tools that can streamline our processes, support their implementation, and improve sales-related financial documentation. Students will have the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge of digital systems, business operations, and financial analysis to a real-world business development scenario. The project involves: Part 1: Digital Tools Analysis & Implementation Support Review a curated list of recommended digital tools for outreach and prospecting Analyze each tool’s strengths, limitations, and fit with our current operations Support testing and implementation of selected tools Provide a summary presentation outlining findings and recommendations for long-term use Part 2: Cost of Sales Review & Financial Reporting Support Analyze cost of sales from previous projects to identify trends and key insights Support the creation of a simple financial tracking or reporting structure Help improve documentation to support transparency in project costs and revenue Provide a summary presentation highlighting findings and recommendations for improved financial documentation

Aspire Inc. is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to spearhead the promotion of our YawChic and WeCare Collection on topoftherack.com which donates proceeds to our non-profit initiative to support underrepresented entrepreneurs. The goal is to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of digital marketing by developing and executing campaigns across various online channels. The learners will focus on social media management, paid advertising, and SEO optimization. They will work closely with Aspire Inc.'s marketing team to ensure that the strategies align with the company's business goals and produce measurable outcomes. The project will also involve tracking and analyzing the performance of digital marketing activities to refine strategies effectively. Activities: Social Media Management: Review, refine, and implement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to grow followers and enhance engagement. Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize 2 PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Instagram or Facebook Ads to increase visitors and engagement. SEO Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, optimize product listings, and enhance website content to improve organic search rankings. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, and website system analytics providing insights to refine strategies.
