My Name is Krishna Bhavana Gunturu. I was born and raised in India and recently moved to Canada as a permanent resident in October 2023. I’ve settled in Toronto with my husband, and we’re enjoying exploring the city together.

Professionally, I have 6 years of experience in human resources, specializing in recruiting, screening, onboarding, HR project management, employee engagement, and HR operations supporting North America region (U.S., Costa Rica, and Mexico). I’m currently volunteering as the Executive Project Manager and Assistant Director of HR at a nonprofit organization, where I focus on launching HR programs and managing special projects.

My professional interests include talent management, diversity and inclusion, and process improvement in HR practices. I’m also passionate about building strong employee experiences through strategic HR initiatives.

On a personal note, I love to draw pencil sketches and portraits, enjoy cooking, and have a keen interest in learning about different cultures.
