Improved UI UX for an easy to use SaaS platform for small business

We would like an improved UI/UX or our SaaS. We would like this done using existing CSS in a PHP/Laravel app. Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which areas and design elements need improvement. This includes grid lines, icons (large) as well as small "informative" icons. This includes both mobile and desktop views Create several design themes based on existing layout including quick mock-ups to be added to the App . Design new layout if time permits.

We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Our product is a SaaS that is a alternative to the likes of Basecamp, Clickup, ProjectManager, NTask among others. I consists of The Admin desktop (account creator in most cases) and each user getting their own desktop which designated privileges. Each user has a Notes, To-do's, Calendar, Sticky Notes, Library and a zoom alternative called Jitsi. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
