I truly do not feel that this project was the best fit for me. I believe that the communication was not the best and that the support was not there from the company as a whole.

This project gave my students an opportunity to work on a variety of communication skills while increasing their awareness about gender inequality in the workplace. I am thankful for iSAW's guidance, support, and feedback throughout the project.

Working with ISAW was an enjoyable and enlightening experience. They were highly responsive whenever I needed help or assistance, which made the collaboration seamless and productive. I enjoyed this project. It helped me to expand my critical thinking as well as further my research skills. This project also introduced me to different platforms such as excel that I was not familiar with before. Working on the Riipen project for iSAW has been an incredibly valuable experience. The project allowed me to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting and collaborate with a diverse team to solve challenges. I particularly appreciated how the project emphasized creativity, adaptability, and teamwork. This experience enhanced my project management skills, strengthened my ability to set and achieve goals, and taught me the importance of maintaining open communication. While the project was rewarding, it also presented challenges, especially in the early stages when the objectives weren’t entirely clear. However, these moments taught me to take initiative, seek clarification, and reframe challenges as opportunities to grow.
