We are looking to launch a new business and would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop a financial business plan. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present to investors. The financial plan should include: Sales forecasting Expense budget Income projections (conservative and aggressive) Assets and liabilities Break-even analysis

Brand Identity and Graphic Design

Our organization needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. Focus: logo colour palette brand story

Business Administration

The primary focus for the student will be: Strategy - develop an implementation plan for entering a new market. Marketing - complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; design a new marketing strategy. Sales - design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team.

Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Update website design and content (website platform: Wix.com) to improve SEO results
