This project is particularly beneficial for graduates from Lighthouse Labs, especially those with a cross-industrial background. It encourages direct conversations between CEOs, real business decision-makers, and talented individuals, moving away from the traditional reliance on individuals who, despite a seemingly extensive work history, have been proven inadequate in their previous positions.
