Details : The Administrative Assistant will have a diverse, complex background and directly support the Founder of Help Heal Humanity and the Board of Directors. The incumbent is responsible for enhancing the organization’s effectiveness by providing administrative and management support. The chosen candidates will exercise professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and prioritization in all responses and communications. This position is a jack of all trades position and requires the student to be ready for a wide variety of work that aids in creating success for our non-profit. About Help Heal Humanity: Help Heal Humanity is an international charity which helps provide the world’s most vulnerable with access to education, food, community and love. Specifically, we have focused our efforts in Canaan and Citi Soleil - Haiti, where over 4.5 million people go without electricity, running water, food, resources and absolutely no form of government support.

International Non-Profit Business Communication Assistant

Help Heal Humanity is searching for a Business Communication assistant dedicated to connecting with businesses and donors to support our mission. Our vision is to give students the opportunity to get real world experience in their fields of study while actively creating positive change in the world. This role will assist with business and fundraising efforts to increase brand awareness and ultimately grow our community of donors and business network. The objective is to spread our message and encourage our community of supporters to make donations to Help Heal Humanity. The main task of this project is to communicate with our existing donors by creating the term 1 report card update which will be sent out to Help Heal Humanity's current sponsorship program donors. As a side piece of this project, the student will also be identifying and communicating with potential new donors.

Digital and Written Content Creator for International Non-Profit Organization

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Help Heal Humanity is an international non-profit organization with a mandate to provide education and nourishment to some of the most vulnerable youth on our planet today. Specifically, we have focused our efforts in Haiti, where over 4.5 million people go without electricity, running water, food, resources and absolutely no form of government support. We achieve our goals in part through the creation and implementation of a number of fundraising events, as well as by partnering with other organizations to grow our awareness. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, website editing and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Non-Profit Grant Writing

We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications that support our mission and vision statement. We believe this project will include: Applying for grants on behalf of our non-profit Creating written statements to obtain grants for HHH Assist with defining a company-identified community problem and defining the scope of a corresponding project. Develop a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing.
