Our company is a platform for creating data products enabled by AI, and we want to leverage the latest technology to gain market advantage. Applications of this technology to build data products include recommendation algorithms, predictive analytics like lifetime values, fraud detections, cyber security analytics and classifications. We would like to collaborate with students to apply the latest artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to our existing dataset. Students will develop an AI / ML model related to any of the aforementioned applications. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research for specific problem domains (Will provide at the beginning of project) Analyzing the dataset (identify data requirements) Researching the latest AI / ML techniques and how they could be applied to our data. Developing an AI / ML model that provides unique outcomes or insights into our data. Providing multiple solutions that can be applied to solve the same problem. (Key is to build a "deployable" solution
Full Stack Web Development, Design, and Product Development
The main goal for the project is to develop and improve react-based websites. This may involve design work for website UI, frontend and backend web development, using REST APIs to gather data from 3rd party sources, interacting with databases, and other product development efforts. We are looking for people who have at least one of the following specialties: Web Design Frontend coding Backend coding Using REST APIs Databases Examples of projects include: Creating a new corporate website Creating new software software products, integrating AI services If time permits, and based on the student's interest, there may be opportunities to be involved in business-related aspects including assisting with pitch decks and business plans.
Personal Finance Planning Optimization for Savi Finance's Full Stack Application
Savi Finance aims to enhance its full stack application to better support users in achieving their budgeting goals. The current application, while functional, has areas that could be optimized for improved user experience and performance. The project involves analyzing the existing application, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to streamline both the front-end and back-end components. The goal is to make the application more intuitive, responsive, and efficient, thereby helping users manage their finances more effectively. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of full stack development, including front-end frameworks, back-end services, and database management, to a real-world scenario.
