Class did excellent work on our project. The group worked a Pitch Deck and Executive Summary project for our startup, and they really knocked it out of the ballpark! We could not be happier with the caliber of students on the team, the research and attentiveness to detail, meetings were always a pleasure, they exceeded our expectations!

We had an outstanding experience collaborating with the students from Fanshawe College. The team demonstrated exceptional skill and creativity in developing a comprehensive brand guideline document and a well-designed guide. They also crafted innovative concepts and strategies for our social media platforms, meticulously assembled a social media calendar, and designed effective email marketing campaign templates. Additionally, they provided thorough proofreading services for our pitch emails and messages. Overall, the group's performance was exemplary.

Had very limited contact with the educator but I'm not sure that I needed more than I got. We touched base at the beginning to confirm that the project was a good fit and the student team has pretty much taken it from there. My Riipen experience has been great so far.

The students in the Fall 2023 Management and Digital Marketing Consulting project showcased exceptional teamwork, creativity, and dedication. Their commitment to excellence and the innovative solutions they brought to the table were commendable. I would give them a 5-star review for their outstanding contributions and collaborative spirit throughout the project.

Students are too independent that they do not include existing practices that we are doing and listed that as recommendations for us. Students presented their findings without the presence of instructor. The presentations seems intended to pass on the next step, rather than presenting findings and the resulting marketing strategies.

After accepting the project I followed up to try to set up a call but there was no response. This project did not take place.

Had a great screening call with the professor prior to engagement. But the initial approach of the team was completely off mark. In the first meeting - and prior to understanding what our company did or what the 'call to action' was - we were asked what our 'marketing budget was'? They had no clue what they would do with any budget we were to give them. They had no idea what the target customers, channels, or vehicles were to progress...but they were asking about SEO spend. Once we got through the arrogance, we were able to focus the team on some practical outputs such as potential markets for our service, market size, and use cases. Reaching out to the professor to assist in steering and coaching of the team was met with silence. In the end, we got an outcome, but it was not smooth. Thankfully, we have a consulting background and experience with managing dysfunctional teams.
