Review and restructure Cloud Architecture within Google Cloud

We are using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Happy to accommodate a team trained on AWS/Azure if your team is happy to step up and learn GCP. Is this within your scope? We are using GCP badly in many ways. Examples: No VPC, many problematic development processes, poor DB update process (MySQL), security holes, poor API design. Our problems span infrastructure, development and product design. Goal: with a primary focus on cloud infrastructure, review and then reorganize our development system toward today's best practices.

3 students We’d like students to help analyze complex material data and come up with recommendations on how to integrate From this analysis, we hope to not only improve our processes and understanding but also gain insights that will greatly enhance our strategy. These insights will be directly related to business outcomes. Here are some of the topics we’d like students to explore throughout this project: Develop more sophisticated pricing models Understand the interplay between other data sets and how to best integrated it into Quote Kong's data sets

SaaS roll out - Digital Content Creation

Number of individual students required: 3 We help residential general contractors make quoting easy Set up a strong roll out plan for our SaaS product We are a startup that have been working on this for 4 years, we are finally ready to start gaining traction To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

Web based "simple" drafting program with API endpoints

10 students (up to 3 teams) The drafting program would be more of a 2D line and block program that would connect to our API endpoints It will have to be to scale, show dimensions and move lines Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Create a design proposal including mock-ups, budget, and timeline. Build a fully-functioning line drawing program with dimensions Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
