We are looking to expand our business by opening two more local and would like to involve students in this exciting time as we works to develop a financial business plan. We can provide access to internal documentation other information as needed as well as access to key contacts. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present to investors. Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and define our target market. We would like to understand the overall market in different segments. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels such as Tim Tok, Insta etc. and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? What is our target market and different segments that we can focus on? What would be appropriate strategy for expansion like adding more dishes or to reach out more people? Help us improve our presence on various social media platform and to make or help us making effective social media content.
