We would like students to help us create our progress document/graphic/video for ICF International Coaching Federation IGNITE program coaching with the Bissel Centre Edmonton. Our coaches spent 2021 dedicated to giving back to deepen the supports to the management team. Helping to create safe coaching space that was aligned with our coaching vision, with Bissel Centre mission. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our project, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to awareness or marketing tools. 1. Interview key coaches and managers involved in the program. Capture the narrative in a way that can be shared by Bissel Centre, ICF Edmonton and IGNITE Program. Celebrate and capture the emotional shifts for participants and debrief with project coordinator on key shift themes. - to be shared to create greater understanding across audiences. Change Leadership & Project Management Coordination
Our organization is able to offer a project opportunity for 1 - 3 Student Leadership Project or Human Resource Management Graduates. Team Project Management Duties & Responsibilities will include assisting the team document, and coordinate the 5 Riipen Projects to a successful outcome. Gain experience managing a team and implementing an executable project plan. Organize the project tasks: You’ll work with the team to figure out exactly what needs to be done to bring the project to fruition. Assemble the team meetings and document tasks and deliverables : You'll manage team that can help bring the project idea into reality - opportunity to do some recruitment and onboarding of team members. Engaging stakeholders: Stakeholder engagement means working with the people affected by the project to ensure that they understand the coming changes and how the changes will impact them. Managing the money: Projects cost money, and a project manager must be able to put together a project budget, managing how the money is spent and controlling costs. Lead the team: You might be required to coach, train, mentor, and develop the people who work on the project. Leading the team involves setting up and managing collaboration on the team. Manage the handover: Project managers are expected to provide a clear and complete handover to the team who will manage the project going forward or will be working with the output that the project team delivered. Software Evaluation (integration of CRM) - Conducting a needs analysis; researching available options; evaluating the options within the context of our organization's budget, immediate needs, and projected needs. Application Programming Interfaces - Redesigning an existing API to simplify it; changing API technologies; designing a new API; creating or updating public-facing documentation. Team of 2 (Individuals) 60 - 80 hours to completed by April 2021 Aim To enhance student awareness , understanding and experience of creating a visual identity that can be used for external and internal communications (brand and tools for newsletters and brochures etc). To provide practical experience with Graphic Design, Visual Identity functions and implementation of . To facilitate increased student awareness in the municipal government and communications of local government in general, and County of Wetaskiwin (WC) in particular. Project (Graphic Design experience required) Complete a series of progressive segments that ultimately provides CW with 1) an enhanced visual identity, 2) sample of refreshed design templates for newsletters and brochures, 3) draft templates with specific tools. Students also complete an ‘assignment learnings’ reflection document on developing a visual identify for the County and building refreshed Design templates for Newsletter and Brochures. To facilitate student awareness of municipal employment contexts in general, and Wetaskiwin County (WC) in particular. Assignment Complete a series of progressive segments that ultimately provides WC with 1) a draft policy audit tool, 2) sample audit scores on existing policies, 3) drafts revisions of policies, and 4) comments regarding expected causes or indicators of policy staling. Students also complete an ‘assignment learnings’ reflection document.
