Virtual Internship/Work Term Opportunity SFU's full-time MBA program is 16 months, including a minimum 4-month internship/work term at the end of the program. The final term of the MBA is an opportunity for students to apply their skills in a real-world setting through a supervised work term under the guidance of a knowledgeable, experienced manager. Its purpose is to provide each student with professional work experience related to their program of study. The work term is a significant component of the MBA program and is designed to offer students from various academic backgrounds an opportunity to expand their interdisciplinary experience at the practical level.
