Tasks may include processing applicants, onboarding, tracking projects, processing contracts and more, all while keeping everything organized through the discipline of project management. General Purpose: Preparation of materials and completion of specific projects, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The intern will learn best practices in recruiting, human resources management, interviewing and general project management from experienced staff.

The goal of this project is to create 30 days of video materials (10 minutes per session per day) on a specific addiction/mental health treatment (e.g. BiPolar Disorder, PTSD, Gambling Addiction, Sex Addiction, etc). The videos should be engaging and informative, and should be tailored to the specific treatment being discussed.

The articles should be well-researched, written in an accessible and engaging tone, and provide valuable insights for the readers. The main goal for the project is to develop engaging psychology content to post on LinkedIn in order to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to The Minded's online platform. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Sincerely researching topics in psychology and mental health. - Creating original and engaging content tailored to the LinkedIn audience, and reposting and expanding on instagram content. - Developing a content calendar for regular posting. - Analyzing engagement metrics and adjusting content strategy accordingly.
Instagram Marketing for The Minded
The main goal for the project is to increase the online presence and engagement of The Minded's Instagram page, with a focus on promoting psychology and mental health resources and information. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing the current content and engagement on The Minded's Instagram page. - Developing a content strategy to align with the company's mission and goals. - Creating engaging and informative posts related to psychology and mental health. - Implementing a posting schedule and engagement strategy to increase follower interaction. - Analyzing the impact of the marketing efforts and making adjustments based on the data.

Recommending topics for our blog posts and incorporate some of our strategies. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business to use on website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog and incorporate some approaches we provide (as applicable).

The project's main objective is to optimize Doro, the AI-driven mental health coach, to better serve diverse user groups by identifying specific needs and tailoring interventions accordingly. Here’s a detailed description of the problem students will be tackling and the expected outcomes: Problem Statement: Despite advancements in digital mental health solutions, many interventions fail to meet the diverse needs of specific user groups, particularly those at a subclinical stage of mental health issues. These groups include immigrants, night shift workers, hospital patients, clients on therapy waitlists, and neurodivergent individuals. Each group has unique challenges and requirements that standard mental health apps do not fully address. Project Goal: Students will conduct a thorough analysis to identify which potential user groups can most benefit from Doro and determine what specific features and therapeutic techniques should be integrated to enhance its effectiveness for these groups. The project aims to refine Doro’s capabilities to provide targeted, effective mental health support that preemptively addresses the needs of individuals at risk of developing more severe mental health conditions.
