Talent Hiring Consultancy
In the past, we have had challenges hiring and retaining top-quality talent. We would like to develop a system to effectively build our workforce. Working with students, we want to overhaul our hiring practices and implement structures best practices. Students should be prepared to: Make recommendations for creative approaches for recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. This may include developing a specific diversity recruitment strategy or a recruiting strategy for difficult to fill or niche talent. This may also include evaluating the effectiveness of our current recruitment channels (events, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) and make realistic recommendations for improvement. Design a comprehensive talent acquisition playbook that managers can use to execute the recruitment and selection process from start to finish. Evaluate our current candidate experience through the recruiting and selection process and make recommendations for improving the experience, including the creation of candidate resources and guides. Evaluate our current job posting template and career website and recommend content to improve our employment brand and image to attract a desired candidate talent pool. In addition to creating new job posting templates, this may also include developing applicant resource material to better understand the recruitment process with our organization. Design/Re-design screening and interview guides incorporating a variety of interview questions aligned to effective assessment of talent.

Exempler Digital Marketing Project
Exempler would benefit from capturing and using appropriate data to improve our digital marketing efforts. Of particularly high value would be a template to capture and analyze relevant data points to ensure Exempler is engaging our three client verticals (e-commerce, telecom and IoT) as effectively as possible. Potential Exempler project elements include, but are not limited to: Review and analysis of our current digital marketing efforts. Identification of areas for enhanced digital marketing reach. Analysis of current data points and identification of new and relevant data points and their benefits. Analysis of data trends and recommendations to adjust efforts based on points captured.
